Curious Flora Nursery Return Policy
At Curious Flora Nursery we’re committed to always providing healthy, high-quality plants that are ready to thrive in your garden. We offer the following return policy:
Live Plants
Refunds for Damaged or diseased
Plants which were found to be disease, pest infested*, or otherwise compromised at time of purchase are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please provide a receipt, a Curious Flora Nursery plant tag, and proof of failure (either a photo or the plant itself) for a refund. Plants improperly managed after time of purchase are not eligible for refund or store credit.
*Asclepias species are not eligible for returns due to aphids, as they are especially prone to aphids and are not treated to avoid negatively impacting monarch caterpillars.
Returns and Refunds for Healthy Plants
Over-purchases of healthy plants (i.e. 12 plants were purchased and only 10 were needed for planting) are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Plants which were purchased in error are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Plants which were neglected are not eligible for a refund.
Incorrect flower/mislabeled
If a flower blooms the wrong color or the plant turns out to have been mislabeled it will be eligible for a refund. Please provide a receipt and a photo of the incorrect flower for a refund.
Natural variation (i.e. a flower that naturally blooms from white to light pink) or variation due to stress or environmental conditions are not eligible for refunds.
Merchandise, hard goods, and soil/amendments
Merchandise, hard goods and soil/amendments are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. Please provide a receipt and the product in its original, un-opened, un-damaged condition for a refund. For soil/amendment and hard good products, there will be a 10% restocking fee for returns of over $100.
